Hello, the wheel sets are sold in a set of 2. One front and one rear wheel. The axles are included and installed.
do theese wheels come in complete sets because I need the rear wheels for a trike that I am building Aluminum 26" Motorized Bicycle Mag Wheel Set
I will also need 5/8 bearings
