Hello, there are 4 places to attach tubing. The large one is for fuel. What is the small barbed one for.

The small one with the barb on it would be for the vent tube. This redirects excess gas up and away from the carburetor. Some carburetors come without that small tubing, but you can use any tubing to prevent gas from getting all over.
The idle adjustment and air flow adjustment allows for optimal tuning.
