Is this will engage when i want to start 2 stroke engine by pedaling and freewheel when coasting?

This kit is a entire hub replacement that is a regular Freewheel. One side has a break and one side has the place for the sprocket. This replaces the Hub of the wheel, so you would need to re-lace around this part. The brake is a good brake but does require technical knowledge to install to your wheel. Once you have it all installed it does act as a regular Freewheel would.
