Here is a link to our instruction manual. Page 10 of that manual will show a picture of how that clutch lever is mounted. ZTMoto-Phantom85-Installation.pdf
It does look like brake lever and clutch lever do go on that same left hand side of the bar. Place the clutch control lever first horizontal to the ground and then angle the brake lever to about 45 and tighten clamps on both levers.
