I have Zeda 85. Chain is pain in the butt and bike's brake are sketchy so will belt and drum brake works?

my goal is to upgrade for safety factor bike's brake are weak barely stopping me and chain are pain in the but so want to get belt drive and heavy duty hub with drum brake. Is this even possible. I was looking your belt drive are awesome but belt will slide off cause more problem so why not the belt drive have lip to keep belt in the teeth's area for safety? If not have it can you make that into combo and possible have 4 stroke kits too I am soo planning get 4 stroke. want same things belt drive with lip (Hopefully you listen) and drum brakes with heavy duty axle
