If ordered with no assembly, will the cylinder head come with basic installation specifications? How intensive?

If taking the DIY approach to assembling the cylinder head with rest of the kit, is the difficulty of that within the wheelhouse of someone who is interested in a kit like this in the first place? Or is it worth the $40 for someone who may be hesitant or without specialty tools?
