I confirmed with our tech and this one will depend on what type of bike you are using. You could install disc brakes to this sprocket adaptor but you will need spacers in between the disc and it will need all of the caliper mounts and everything for the frame side. There could be a concern about it staying gripped to the wheel, so you may need a magic hat style adaptor to fit the brakes. In end it could be possible but it is going to take more mechanical knowledge and bit more parts to make it work with a disc brake.
