There is a good chance this will fit your Stihl brand engine with the Walbro carb. The velocity stack is a machined piece of metal usually cone or flared shaped to allow a smoother more directed airflow into the carburetor. You can sometimes attach an external air filter, used in race applications, most just go wide open.
